A Secret Menu Item GEM

Secret Menu Items – Hard to find, yet once found, it’s hard to say that you’re going to be able to keep it a secret from anyone that you know.

The Redeye Grill, a New York Brasserie located across from Carnegie Hall, does not fail to impress with its great atmosphere including live music, painted columns, and delicious menu selections. The infamous sushi burger, (yes, sushi burger) is not placed on the menu. It must be asked upon special request. It’s served for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. This beautifully crafted burger is designed by chef Jawn Chasteen. It’s made with tuna, seaweed salad, seaweed leaves, avocado, watermelon radish, ginger, cucumber, and spicy mayo carefully placed between two rice buns that are topped with sesame seeds. Removing ingredients is acceptable, but who would want to after this perfectly crafted creation?! As Huffington post stated, “New York City is winning the race to make the most “Instagrammable” foods known to mankind,” and the sushi burger definitely puts the city in the lead! New sushi creations are constantly rising to the surface, as the Sushi Burger is not the only invention out there in the world of food. Other brilliant creations include sushi sneakers, sushi pizzas, sushi cakes, sushi tacos, and much more.

Don’t miss out on this edible and mouth watering trend, as it’s only getting bigger & better than ever!
